Metal coil unwinding

Before performing sheet metal bending, metal cutting or metal perforation services we can unwind your metal coils and cut them into sheets suitable for metalworking:

• Mounted metal coil weight – up to 10 t;
• Mounted metal coil width – up to 1520 mm;
• Cut metal thickness – from 0,3 to 3,2 mm;
• Outer diameter of the coil – up to 1700 mm;
• Coil opening diameter – 508 ÷ 610 mm;
• CNC control;
• Cutting accuracy in length and width – up to 0,1 mm.

We can cut galvanised sheet, ferrous metal, aluminium, stainless steel, and painted steel:

• When metal thickness is 0,3 ÷ 1,5 mm, the minimal strip width is 50 mm;
• When metal thickness is 1,5 ÷ 3,0  mm, the minimal strip width is 178 mm.
